      Description

If the dspace command line interface ([dspace]/bin/dspace) is started from another directory than [dspace-install]/bin, log4j complains that it is unable to find it's log file.

In the default configuration the file [dspace]/config/log4j.properties sets the log.dir to '../log'. I guess that this is a result of DS-2654 as log4j.properties isn't filtered anymore. Setting log.dir to '${dspace.dir}/log' as the comment in the file suggest, doesn't work at all.
