      Description

The submission user interface documentation states that the vocabulary element can optionally be configured to disallow free text input on fields that are using controlled vocabularies by setting the closed="true" attribute. This doesn't work in (at least) DSpace 5.1 (user can still enter and add free text), and at least one other user on the dspace-tech mailing list mentioned having problems with this in DSpace 4.x.
