      Description

This bug only seems to affect the JSPUI.  XMLUI seems unaffected.

It was originally reported to dspace-tech in this thread: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/dspace-tech/XdQPPKzZiiI/HAKUFDwGCQAJ

Here's an example of reproducing on http://demo.dspace.org/jspui/ :

      1. Go to Browse by Author: http://demo.dspace.org/jspui/browse?type=author
      2. If there are small number of Authors in the system, change the "Results/Page" setting to "5" and click "Update"
      3. Find a letter where there is >5 authors (and is midway through your listing of author names), and click on it in the "Jump To" listing (e.g. "M").  In the URL, you should see a "&starts_with=M" parameter
      4. Now, click the "Next" button to change pages.  You'll notice that "starts_with" parameter will disappear, and you'll now jump to the second page of the default Browse by Author listing (instead of the second page of Browse By Author starting with "M").

In the XMLUI, the "starts_with" param is kept on the second page, and the behavior is as expected.
