      Description

Based on past mailing list questions, it seems logical to add the ability to Monitor & even Clear the Cocoon Cache from the XMLUI's Control Panel. For example see this dspace-tech thread:
      http://www.mail-archive.com/dspace-tech@lists.sourceforge.net/msg14441.html

I've gone ahead and created a patch which does all of the following:
      1. Displays basic info about Cocoon (version info, where its working & cache directories are located)
      2. Displays Cache statistics for all known Cocoon caches
      3. Provides an easy link to allow a DSpace Administrator to clear the Primary Cocoon Cache from Admin UI (without requiring a Tomcat or Cocoon restart).

All Cocoon information is currently displayed on the "Java Information" tab in the Control Panel, below the Java, OS and Memory status information.

See the attached patch, which I'd like to include into 1.8.0. I've tested this on my local machine – the Cocoon cache stats seem accurate, and the "Clear Cache Immediately" link seems to work properly. (A good portion of this code was borrowed from Cocoon's own StatusGenerator, which can provide an XML status info dump from Cocoon – I just reworked that code such that the same status info could be displayed in our DSpace Control Panel)

Opinions/thoughts welcome. I'll leave this ticket open for a short while before committing to Trunk for 1.8.0.
