      Description

The message headers produced by fedora include a "baseUrl" and an "identifier" header. The baseUrl header is produced with a trailing slash and the identifier header contains an initial slash. Thus, in order to compose the two elements (baseUrl + identifier) into a complete path, one must first strip off any trailing slash from the baseUrl.

It would be better if the baseUrl value simply didn't contain the trailing slash.
