      Description

The current camel toolbox services define an activemq bean directly in the blueprint configuration. If Fedora begins to support multiple messaging systems and protocols, it would be much better to externalize that as a generic OSGi "queuing" service. This has several advantages: first, it means that all message broker configuration can be centralized, and second, it means that the JMS service can be dynamically swapped out for AMQP, Kafka, etc, etc.
