      Description

Fedora should skolemize incoming bnodes to hash-URIs (with UUID fragments) on the base URI to which the request was addressed. It wouldn't be the practice shown in the RDF specs that we now do (with the "/.well-known/genid/" thing), but that advice doesn't consider our use case (an object repository). If we did that, we would strike out all the annoying lifecycle problems that we've encountered and let people use much simpler SPARQL Update against individual resources. And people who try to use bnodes would end up with what we would have told them to use: hash-URIs on the point of their graph of description.
