      Description

Fedora's risearch interface supports SPARQL the query language if the underlying triplestore (Mulgara) does. However, having a standard SPARQL endpoint for the repository would be better. Discussed at October Special Topic meeting with Paul Gearon.

Note that when you configure Fedora to use Mulgara in remote mode, it is already possible to use Mulgara's SPARQL endpoint directly. This feature is about having a standard (or discoverable?) SPARQL protocol endpoint for any Fedora repository, whether the underlying triplestore is embedded or not.

One method we've discussed that would support discoverability of this interface is to provide the URI of the endpoint in the Fedora "describe" API response.
