      Description

The display of an objects metadata description between metadata displays is not well defined. While SPARQL based displays utilize the islandora-basic-collection-wrapper.tpl.php (https://github.com/Islandora/islandora_solution_pack_collection/blob/7.x/theme/islandora-basic-collection-wrapper.tpl.php#L12) to print the 'dc:description' metadata field if it is available and metadata display is not configured (at the top of the page), the SOLR driven backend display relies on the use of Islandora SOLR Metadata (https://github.com/Islandora/islandora_solr_metadata) configurations to display the description, as well as the metadata fieldset, at the BOTTOM of the page. This could be made configurable.

      --Use Case--
Switching between SOLR and SPARQL driven backend displays need not dramatically affect the placement of an objects description.

      --Technical Approach--
Instead of modifying the display templates, one could simply modify the weight of the renderable array elements, found in the results of the islandora_collectionCModel_islandora_view_object() (https://github.com/Islandora/islandora_solution_pack_collection/blob/7.x/islandora_basic_collection.module#L321) hook. The weights would need to be configurable.

      --Test Case--
View a collection page with a configured metadata display description field in the SOLR driven backend display. The configured description field should appear at the top of the page, or its placement be configurable.

      --Impact--
Modifying the SOLR islandora_basic_collection_display renderable array could potentially cause an issue with existing form alters, if the current elements are not maintained.
