      Description

      Moved from https://issues.library.cornell.edu/browse/NIHVIVO-2867
dated 7/11/2011, created by Rebecca Younes

Currently we have different sets of CSS and Javascript for the custom forms:

      • css used by all custom forms
      • js utils used by all custom forms
      • addAuthors css/js
      • manageWebpages css/js
      • js used by all other forms

The CSS and Javascript files for the custom forms need to be modularized by breaking them out into separate files for:

      • autocomplete
      • drag-and-drop
      • possibly other functionality

so that we don't have to maintain different versions of the same functionality.

The ids for corresponding elements should be unified: for example, currently there is a #manageWebpages ul on the manageWebpages form that corresponds to the #authorships ul on the addAuthors form. These should be unified so that css rules don't have to be proliferated.
